Antitrust Litigation
LBL advocates on behalf of consumers and small businesses harmed by anticompetitive conduct, including price-fixing, monopolization, and other unfair market practices. These practices force consumers to pay more while suffering from a lower quality product and a lack of alternatives.
Our team is actively pursuing complex class actions litigations to ensure fair competition and protect economic opportunity, including:
- In re GoodRx and Pharmacy Benefit Managers Litigation II, MDL 3148 (J.P.M.L. 2025) (antitrust action representing independent pharmacies in a case involving a price-fixing algorithm that suppresses rates of reimbursement for generic pharmaceuticals
prescriptions for independent pharmacies). - S.K. v. Jupiter Research, et al., Case No. 5:24-cv-09090 (N.D. Cal. 2024) (antitrust class action representing indirect purchasers of cannabis vaporizers harmed by alleged horizontal and vertical price-fixing by cannabis vaporizer distributors colluding to
artificially raise, fix and otherwise stabilize prices). - Neumark v. Swedish Match North America LLC, et al., Case No. 3:24-cv-00821 (E.D.Va. 2024) (antitrust class action representing indirect purchasers of oral nicotine pouches in a case involving monopolistic practices leading to higher prices and reduced choice in the oral nicotine pouch market).
