A BYU Student, represented by Leeds Brown Law, P.C. along with other counsel, has filed a proposed class action lawsuit in Utah District Court on Aug. 5, 2020, alleging that students are entitled to a partial refund of tuition and fees, because BYU was not able to provide him with a full in-person education due to the Novel Coronavirus 2019 pandemic. According to the complaint, the lead Plaintiff and other students paid full price tuition and fees and were not provided with all academic opportunities and experiences.
