Kevin Mulvey

Kevin F. Mulvey spent more than two decades working for and representing clients in the public service arena.  With experience as General Counsel for the Retailers Association of Massachusetts,  Principal at Fort Hill Advisors, and Principal at Dewey Square Group, as well as a variety of legislative and executive branch agencies, he’s developed and maintained key contacts and relationships with a lengthy history of successful accomplishments including state and municipal procurement awards for vendor service contracts, outdoor advertising, and energy services. Kevin devoted eight years to serve on the American Liver Foundation’s New England Board of Directors and six years as its President.  He served 10 years on the Reading Housing Authority Board of Directors, and as a Public Administrator for over six years in Middlesex County.
